Scope of work
1) Full interior demolition (all levels)
We completed a full interior demolition across:

- Main floor
- Second floor

- Furniture and household appliances
- Mirrors and misc. fixtures
Everything was removed to “clean shell” condition.
2) Attic / roof-space insulation removal
In addition to the living areas, we removed insulation material in the roof/attic space to fully clear the building for the rebuild plan.

Safety & protection
This was a “live-house” style interior demo, so safety and control mattered:
- Followed site safety protocols (controlled tear-out, safe debris handling)
- Managed debris flow to a large bin to keep floors and pathways clear
- Kept the work area organized to avoid trip hazards and uncontrolled mess

Cleanup & handoff
After demolition:
- Full vacuum + clean-up
- Space left clear and ready for renovation trades to start without delays

Result
- Full interior removed across all levels + attic insulation cleared
- All contents hauled out and binned
- Completed in 5 days
- Clean, renovation-ready handoff
